Charlotte, NC - Brookdale Community College freshman third baseman Shakyra Moore was named Dudley 2019 NJCAA Division III Softball Player of the Year. Moore had a standout season on the field as she crushed 25 home runs.
Louisville, KY - Brookdale Community College freshman third baseman Shakyra Moore was chosen as the 2019 Schutt Sports/ NFCA NJCAA Division III National Player of the Year and was named to the 2019 first All –American NFCA NJCAA Division III team. Moore's batting average was .439, totaling 75 hits, 14 walks, 19 doubles, 25 home runs, 68 scored runs, 81 RBI's and just seven strikeouts in 189 plate appearances.
Charlotte, NC - Two Brookdale student-athletes were named to the 2019 NJCAA Division III softball All-American teams. Freshman third baseman Shakyra Moore earned first All-American team honors while freshman outfielder Felicia Kuegler was named to the second All-American team.
Rochester, MN - The Jersey Blues claimed third place at the NJCAA Division III softball national tournament after defeating Dakota College at Bottineau, 5-1, Lehigh Carbon Community College, 12-3, Onondaga Community College, 9-4 and falling to Herkimer College, 9-5 and Rock Valley College, 4-2.
Rochester, MN - The Brookdale softball squad grabbed two more wins at the NJCAA national tournament against Lehigh Carbon Community College and Onondaga Community College.
Lincroft, NJ- Brookdale Community College freshman third baseman Shakyra Moore was named Region XIX Player of the Year. Moore was also named as a first team All-Region and All-GSAC honoree. Sophomore outfielder Tori Lucarelli, sophomore utility Alyssa Raimondo and freshman designated player Felicia Kuegler join Moore on the All-Region first team and All-GSAC first team.
Rochester, MN - The Jersey Blues defeated the Ladyjacks of Dakota College at Bottineau, 5-1. Freshman third baseman Shakyra Moore launched a solo home run as freshman first baseman Megan Masi recorded an RBI single in the first inning of play.
Rochester, MN - The Brookdale softball squad fell to the Generals of Herkimer College, 9-5. The Blues rallied back but came up short after nine innings of play.
Vineland, NJ - The Jersey Blues softball team won the Region XIX District E championship after sweeping Cumberland County College, 8-2 and 2-0. Sophomore outfielder Tori Lucarelli and sophomore shortstop Alyssa Raimondo each went 3-4 at bat and knocked in two runs apiece in game one.
Lincroft, NJ - Sophomore outfielder Tori Lucarelli has been named Garden State Athletic Conference (GSAC) Softball Player of the Week, according to the league office for the week of April 29th.
Sewell, NJ - The Brookdale softball team clinched the Garden State Athletic Conference title after sweeping the Roadrunners of Rowan College at Gloucester County, 4-2 and 11-7.
Lincroft, NJ - Freshman outfielder Tara Daukshus crushed a grand slam and RBI double against the Bulldogs as the Jersey Blues overpowered Bergen Community College in two five-inning contests, 8-0 and 13-0.

Blue Bell, PA - Freshman first baseman Megan Masi and freshman shortstop Alyssa Vetrano ripped three hits each as the Jersey Blues downed the Mustangs of Montgomery County Community College, 14-1 and 15-1.
Lincroft, NJ- The Brookdale softball team celebrated seven sophomores during the doubleheader against Lackawanna College; shortstop Alyssa Raimondo, outfielder Hallie Barone, second baseman Elizabeth Dorsa, outfielder Tori Lucarelli, outfielder Carley Layton, right-handed pitcher Jessica Pszeniczny and first basemen Mackenzie Thomas.
Lincroft, NJ - The Brookdale softball team split with the Vikings of Mercer County Community College. The Blues grabbed the 6-1 victory in game one and fell 5-3 in game two.
