Shakyra Moore Tallies Grand Slam As Softball Overpowers DII RCBC
Pemberton, NJ - Freshman third baseman Shakyra Moore tallied a grand slam and a three-run homer in game one against the DII Barons of Rowan College at Burlington County. Brookdale grabbed the 14-5, five inning victory.

Pemberton, NJ - Freshman third baseman Shakyra Moore tallied a grand slam and a three-run homer in game one against the DII Barons of Rowan College at Burlington County. Brookdale grabbed the 14-5, five inning victory.
Sophomore shortstop Alyssa Raimondo added a two-run double while sophomore pitcher Jessica Pszeniczny earned the win and struck out three batters.
In game two, the Blues turned a 14-3 win in five innings and Moore contributed another two-run home run and a double as freshman first baseman Megan Masi posted two hits and knocked in three runs. Sophomore second baseman Elizabeth Dorsa collected two hits and freshman righty Katy McGovern threw for the second victory of the day.
The team will return to action at Lackawanna College for a doubleheader on Thursday, April 11th at 3:30pm
