Sophomore second baseman Elizabeth Dorsa added an RBI single in the fifth inning. Sophomore righty Jessica Pszeniczny recorded her third win of the season from the pitching plate.
In game two action, Moore's bat stayed hot as she crushed a two-run home run in the first inning to start things off for the Blues. Sophomore shortstop Alyssa Raimondo collected a solo home run in the fourth while freshman catcher Megan Masi added a two-run homer the following inning. Dorsa stayed consistent in the batters box as she posted another RBI double. Freshman Katy McGovern spun for the win.
With the two-game series victory, the team improves to 9-5 and will return to the diamond on Tuesday, March 26th for a doubleheader against the Titans of County College of Morris.
