Lincroft, NJ - The Brookdale softball team split with the Vikings of Mercer County Community College. The Blues grabbed the 6-1 victory in game one and fell 5-3 in game two.

Lincroft, NJ - The Brookdale softball team split with the Vikings of Mercer County Community College. The Blues grabbed the 6-1 victory in game one and fell 5-3 in game two.
Freshman third baseman Shakyra Moore smoked two solo home runs as freshman outfielder Felicia Kuegler ripped an RBI double. Sophomore outfielder Tori Lucarelli posted an RBI single while sophomore pitcher Jessica Pszeniczny spun for her 15th win.
In game two, Kuegler produced a two-run double while Lucarelli connected for two more hits.
The team improves to 30-9 and will next travel to Rowan College at Gloucester County at noon for a doubleheader on Saturday, April 27th.
