Petersburg, VA - Sophomore shortstop Alyssa Raimondo crushed a three-run triple against the Statesmen of Richard Bland College. Brookdale recorded the 16-2 victory in five innings.
Freshman third baseman Shakyra Moore ripped a three-run double while sophomore pitcher Jessica Pszeniczny earned the win from the mound.
In game two, the Blues took down Paul D Camp Community College, 7-3 in eight innings. Freshman outfielder Tara Daukshus smacked a three-run double as freshman pitcher Katy McGovern earned her second win from the mound. A four-run offensive push highlighted the eighth inning for the win.
Brookdale improves to 4-0 and will return to action on Sunday, March 17th for a double-header against USC Salkehatchie and Herkimer College.
