Lincroft, NJ- Members of the Brookdale baseball team made All-Region and All-Conference honors for their performances in the 2016 season. Sophomore shortstop Alfredo Molina, Jr. and freshman outfielder Mike Santaromita made the first All-Region and All-Conference teams.
Vineland, NJ- The Jersey Blues baseball season came to a close after the team suffered a tough defeat in extra innings against the Dukes of Cumberland County College, 7-6 in the elimination game of the Region XIX tournament.
Vineland, NJ- The Jersey Blues baseball team recorded a 2-0 victory over the Dukes of Cumberland County College in game one of the final four of the Region XIX tournament. Freshman center-fielder Mike Santaromita posted one hit and one scored one while sophomore shortstop Alfredo Molina Jr. posted two hits, one stolen base and one scored run.
Bethlehem, PA - Brookdale Community College sophomore shortstop Alfredo Molina Jr. has been named Region XIX Division III Player of the Year, in a vote conducted by the league coaches.
Red Bank, NJ- The Brookdale baseball team swept the Cougars of Lehigh Carbon Community College in the first round of the Region XIX tournament, 18-5 and 11-1.
Lincroft, NJ- The Jersey Blues baseball team downed the Bulldogs of Bergen Community College, 10-5. Freshman center-fielder Mike Santaromita posted two scored runs, one double and one RBI.
Paramus, NJ- The Brookdale baseball team overtook the Bulldogs of Bergen Community College on the road, 12-3. Freshman right-handed pitcher Danny Serreino led from the mound, hurling the complete game. Serreino recorded a season high 18 strikeouts and collected his fifth win.
Lincroft, NJ- The Jersey Blues baseball team defeated the Owls of Union County College, 11-4. Freshman right-handed pitcher Kyle Fenton tossed for six innings and earned his third win of the season. Fenton recorded five strikeouts and allowed only three hits.
Lincroft, NJ- The Brookdale baseball team fell to the Vikings of Mercer County Community College, 17-6.
Lincroft, NJ- The Jersey Blues baseball team defeated the Spartans of Northampton Community College, 6-5 and 9-2. In game one, sophomore shortstop Alfredo Molina Jr. posted three RBI's, one double and two stolen bases.
Lincroft, NJ- The Jersey Blues baseball team swept the Buccaneers of Atlantic Cape Community College, 3-2 and 10-4. In game one, Brookdale clinched the game on a walk off hit by freshman outfielder Nicholas Martinez, who knocked in the winning run.
Edison, NJ- The Brookdale baseball team topped the Blue Colts of Middlesex County College, 12-5. Freshman right-handed pitcher Michael Russell tossed for seven innings and earned his third win from the mound. Russell also tallied six strikeouts and allowed eight hits.
Lincroft, NJ- The Brookdale baseball team downed the Cougars of Camden County College, 17-6. Freshman third baseman Michael Russell collected two hits at bat for one double and three RBI's.
Paramus, NJ – Brookdale Community College's Alfredo Molina Jr. has been named DIII Garden State Athletic Conference Baseball Player of the Week.
Cranford, NJ- The Brookdale baseball team overpowered the Owls of Union County College, 11-1 in eight innings. Sophomore first baseman Joseph Sadler collected four hits at bat. Sadler crushed one double and one home run while knocking in four RBI's.
Lincroft, NJ- The Brookdale baseball team swept University of Connecticut at Avery Point, 10-0 and 8-5. Sophomore right-handed pitcher Mike Imperato tossed the complete game and struck out four batters. Sophomore shortstop Alfredo Molina Jr. posted two hits for one home run and scored three runs.
