Lincroft, NJ- The Jersey Blues baseball team downed the Bulldogs of Bergen Community College, 10-5. Freshman center-fielder Mike Santaromita posted two scored runs, one double and one RBI.
Sophomore shortstop Alfredo Molina Jr. went 3-3 at bat and knocked in one RBI while freshman outfielder Michael Russell crushed a homer and drove in two RBI's.
Freshman left-handed pitcher Patrick Knight earned his fifth win from the mound in relief. Knight recorded seven strikeouts and two walks.
The team improves their overall record to 33-9 and will return to action on Saturday, April 30th against Luzerne County Community College.
