Toms River, NJ- Freshman center-fielder Mike Santaromita posted four hits, two scored runs and two RBI's as the Jersey Blues surpassed the Vikings of Ocean County, 14-4 in seven innings.
Sophomore shortstop Alfredo Molina Jr. recorded one home run, five RBI's and one double while freshman second baseman Joey Tesoriero smashed his first home run of the season. Tesoriero also collected two RBI's and one double.
Freshman right-handed pitcher Ryan Orender hurled four innings and struck out seven Viking batters. His record from the mound is 3-1.
The team improves their overall record to 20-8 and will travel to Valley Forge Military College for a single game at 3:00pm.
