On the evening of June 9th, 2015, the 2014 NJCAA Division III Women’s Soccer National Champions were honored in a ring ceremony presentation, as the Brookdale Jersey Blues relived their historic feat.
Lincroft, NJ- Brookdale Community College's Ali Maddock (Henry Hudson High School) was honored at Seton Hall University for being chosen as the recipient of the New Jersey Association of Intercollegiate Athletics for Women (NJAIAW), Woman of the Year Award.
Kansas City, Mo- Brookdale Community College sophomore defenders Ali Maddock and Amanda Anastasia earned the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Junior College All-America honors. Maddock was named to the first team All-America and Anastasia was named to the second All-America team.
Colorado Springs, CO- Brookdale Community College sophomore forward Caroline Duerr was named to the NJCAA Division III Women's Soccer first All-American team. Sophomore center midfielder Brooke Tartis and freshman midfielder Ashley Cafarella made the second All-American team.
Meghan Begley's third goal of the year couldn't have come at a better time. The sophomore midfielder's 30-yard strike hit in the 99th minute (first overtime period) of the 2014 NJCAA Division III women's soccer championship game to give Brookdale Community College its second-straight National title, a 1-0 overtime victory against Richland (TX).

With a 3-1 victory over District H Champion Anne Arundel (11-7), the Brookdale women’s soccer team advances in the winner’s bracket of the NJCAA Division III Women’s Soccer National Tournament.
Behind the MVP worthy performances of Caroline Duerr (Brielle, NJ/Manasquan High School) and Amanda Anastasia (Middletown, NJ/Middletown South), the Brookdale Community College women’s soccer team defeated Union County College 6-0 to win its second consecutive Region XIX title.
Lincroft, NJ- Brookdale Community College sophomore forward Caroline Duerr was named Region XIX Player of the Year. Duerr was also named as a first team All-Region and All-GSAC honoree. Sophomore center- midfielder Brooke Tartis and freshman midfielder Ashley Cafarella join Duerr on the All-Region first team.
Lincroft, NJ- For the third season in a row, the Brookdale women's soccer team clinched the Garden State Athletic Conference (GSAC) title. The Blues blanked the Blue Colts of Middlesex County College, 4-0 in the last conference game of the season.
North Branch, NJ - Sophomore forward Caroline Duerr has been named the Garden State Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the week ending October 19, 2014. Duerr led the Jersey Blues offense with seven goals and two assists on the week.
Baltimore, MD- The Brookdale women's soccer team defeated the Knights of CCBC Essex, 1-0. In the 58th minute of the game, sophomore center-midfielder Meghan Begley beautifully passed the ball to sophomore midfielder Raquel Rodriguez's leading foot. Rodriguez drilled the soccer ball past the goalkeeper to put the Blues up by one.
Catonsville, MD- The Brookdale women's soccer team downed the Cardinals of CCBC Catonsville, 8-1. Freshman goalkeeper Marti Stewart posted seven saves for the Blues.
Newton, NJ- The Brookdale women's soccer team downed the Skylanders of Sussex County Community College, 6-0. Sophomore forward Caroline Duerr led the Blues offense with three goals and one assist.
Lincroft, NJ- The Brookdale women's soccer team dominated play against the Bears of Harcum College, 7-0. Sophomore forward Caroline Duerr recorded her third hat-trick of the season, posting three goals and two assists. Freshman midfielder Kimberly D'Ermilio and sophomore forward Nicole Rodriguez netted two goals apiece.
Blackwood, NJ- For the second-consecutive week, freshman Ashley Cafarella has been named the Garden State Athletic Conference women's soccer player of the week.
