Women's Cross Country Captures 10th Place At Nationals
Westfield, MA- On Saturday, November 7th the Brookdale Jersey Blues concluded their cross country season with the NJCAA XC Nationals in Westfield, Massachusetts. Almost 300 student-athletes from 13 different states competed in the races. Holyoke Community College played host to the event with the meet taking place at Stanley Park.

Cross Country Completes Region XIX Tournament; Women's Cross Country Places Third
Newark, NJ- The Brookdale men’s and women's cross country teams competed in the Region XIX tournament on Sunday, October 25th at Branch Brook Park. The Jersey Blues raced against DIII and DI two-year schools. The women’s team placed 3rd overall with 86 points.

Cross Country And Men's Basketball Walk For The Cause
Red Bank, NJ- The Brookdale men's and women's cross country teams partnered up with the men's basketball team and participated in the annual Red Bank Crop Walk to fight worldwide hunger. The event, which has grown tremendously over the last four decades, raises funds to support over 15 hunger-fighting programs in Monmouth County.

Women's Cross Country Finishes 5th At Cougar Chase
Caldwell, NJ- The Brookdale men's and women's cross country teams competed in the Cougar Chase at Caldwell University on October 17th. The meet served as a tuneup for the Jersey Blues before the championship season. Teams competed in the 5000 Meter race.

Cross Country Finishes NJIT Highlander Race; Trigg And Caputo Hit Personal Bests
Newark, NJ- The Brookdale Jersey Blues competed at the NJIT Highlander XC Meet on Saturday October 3rd. 123 runners competed in the men’s race. In the 8K race, sophomore Robert Trigg hit a personal best of (30:09.59), placing 45th, while freshman Daniel Caputo hit a personal best with a time of (30:27.93). Caputo placed 49th.

Women's Cross Country Places 12th Overall At Osprey Open
Galloway, NJ- The Brookdale cross country teams traveled to Stockton College to compete in the Osprey Open on Saturday, September 26th. The meet consisted primarily of Division II and III schools, with other NJCAA teams competing as well.

Women's Cross Country Runs Personal Best; Robert Trigg Runs Season Best
Sewell, NJ- The Brookdale cross county teams competed at Rowan College at Gloucester County for the Bill Fritz/Charlie Way Invitational. The women's cross country team ran personal bests in the 6K race. Sophomore Sarah Dzurina placed 53rd, running (28:00.08), while freshman Hannah Fite ran a time of (28:59.12), placing 63rd.

Brookdale Competes At Dukes XC Invitational
Vineland, NJ- The Brookdale men's and women's cross country teams competed in the 5k Dukes Invitational race hosted by Cumberland County College. On the men's side, sophomore Robert Trigg placed 17th with a time of (19:36.88).

Cross Country Opens Season With Monmouth University Kick-Off
Lincroft, NJ- The Brookdale men's and women's cross country teams competed at Thompson Park for Monmouth University's XC Kick-off. For the 4K race on the women's side, sophomore Sarah Dzurina ran (18:13.21) placing 65th. She was followed by freshman Hannah Fite, who came in at (18:41.61).
