2013 Brookdale Women's Tennis News
Colorado Springs, CO- Five Brookdale Community College student-athletes have earned academic honors, as announced by the NJCAA this afternoon. A three-tiered honor system, to earn the NJCAA Award for Superior Academic Achievement, a student athlete must have earned a GPA between 3.80 – 3.99 and the NJCAA Award for Exemplary Academic Achievement requires a GPA between 3.6 and 3.79 and the NJCAA Pinnacle award requires a 4.0. For all honors, at least 45 credit hours must have been completed.
The women's tennis team participated in the NJCAA Division III national Tournament at the USTA Tennis Center in Flushing, NY. The women's team came on 9th place overall.
The Brookdale women's tennis team defeated Bergen's women's tennis team 7-0.
