Brookdale Captures NJCAA Region XIX DIII Softball Title
Middlesex, NJ – Ranked No.1 nationally in NJCAA DIII softball, the Jersey Blues (55-3) took another step in their season-long quest for a national championship, by defeating defending Region XIX Champion Gloucester, 5-2 Sunday to advance to national tournament, May 16-18 in Rochester, Minnesota.

LINCROFT – Angie Hauser and Carly Gleason each tossed one-hit shutout ball leading No.1 ranked Brookdale (37-2, 14-0) to a doubleheader sweep and a pair of mercy-rule wins over Atlantic Cape Monday, on the Blues home field.

LINCROFT – NJCAA Hall of Fame Coach Bo Scannapieco has fielded some very good teams in his 27 seasons at Brookdale, including 15 Region XIX Championships, 14 GSAC Titles and three National Championships (2002-05-10).

Brookdale Softball Starts Season 10-1 on Southern Road Trip
LINCROFT – Brookdale’s women softball team returned home Wednesday night with a 10-1 record in the Snowbird Classic, held in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
