Alex Fallon Places Third At Region XIX Championships

Lincroft, NJ- Members of the Brookdale cross country team competed in the Region XIX Championships at White Clay Creek State Park on Saturday, October 29, 2017. In the 8K race, freshman Alex Fallon took third place for All-Region honors, running a time of (28:20.47). Fallon became Brookdale's first male All-Region honoree since 2010.

Sophomore William Nemeth placed 21st with a time of (30:57.66) while sophomore Robert Arroyo ran a time of (36:54.27). Mike Dowd of Rowan College at Gloucester County won the men's individual title as Raritan Valley Community College won the men's Region XIX Championship title.

Fallon will compete at the NJCAA DIII National Championships this upcoming weekend at Stanley Park, MA.
