William Nemeth and Robert Arroyo Record Personal Best Times At Stockton University

Galloway, NJ- The Brookdale cross country teams competed at Stockton University in the Osprey Open on Saturday, September 24th. The meet featured several Division II and III schools as well as fellow Region XIX schools.

In the 6K race, sophomore Hannah Fite placed 85th with a season best of (27:33.68) followed by freshman Shannon Kelley placing 88th with a time of (27:37.48). Sophomore Tierra Hackley ran a season best of (28:00.46) while freshman Rizwana Khan ran a personal best of (31:09.91). Stockton University took home the team title with 34 points.

In the 8K race, freshman William Nemeth notched a personal best of (32:18.04) followed directly by freshman Robert Arroyo, who also recorded a personal best time of (32:30.66). Ramapo College took home the team title with 23 points.

Brookdale will next compete at the NJIT Highlander Invitational on Saturday, October 8th.
