Brookdale Cross Country Women Hold Their Own At Paul Short Invitational

Bethlehem, PA - The Brookdale women's cross country team ventured out to the beautiful Lehigh University's Goodman Campus to participate in the 50th Annual Paul Short Invitational. The race has become one of the largest cross country invitationals in the nation with over 150 men's and women's teams competing.

Bethlehem, PA - The Brookdale women's cross country team ventured out to the beautiful Lehigh University's Goodman Campus to participate in the 50th Annual Paul Short Invitational. The race has become one of the largest cross country invitationals in the nation with over 150 men's and women's teams competing.

The Jersey Blues women held their own in the 6k course as freshman Georgia Jones finished in 25:29, and sophomore captain, Brooke Meberg, finished with a time of 26:32, both setting personal best records.

The women's next upcoming meet will be on Saturday, October 12th at the NJIT Highlander Invitational in beautiful Branch Brook Park located in Newark, NJ.
