Newly hired in the Spring of 2022, Mike O'Krepki, joins the Jersey Blues as the Head Women's Volleyball Coach. Raised locally in Ocean Township, NJ, and graduating from Ocean Township High School in 2005, Mike O'Krepki first began playing volleyball at the local Loch Arbour Beach, and started competing in their local tournament when he was 15 years old. Along with many years of beach competition, he launched into playing indoor recreational, then league volleyball in college, of which he currently plays in.

The last two years, he has been an assistant coach with the Rumson Fair-Haven High School Girls' Volleyball team, as well as coaching Monmouth County club volleyball to players aging 12-16. He previously attended Brookdale to earn his NJ teaching license through the, 24-hr Introduction and Pathways to Teaching, alternate route course.

"Volleyball has always been a favorite sport of mine due to the speed of the game and growing up with the local beach culture of the sport. I'm grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this program and can't wait to meet the team and get started."
