Exciting Win For Women's Volleyball Over Union

Lincroft, NJ - The Jersey Blues women's volleyball team had an exciting 3-2 win over the Union College Owls with scores of, 25-20, 15-25, 15-25, 25-18, 16-14.

The Blues Battled and batted away the Owls with a strong comeback leading to a sudden death final match for the win. Freshman outside hitter, Isabella Dalatri, led the Blues with 14 kills. Sophomore right-side hitter, Lyndsay Truchan, supplied four aces and four kills, and sophomore middle hitter, Gabrielle Guida, posted seven kills.

Brookdale moves to 6-5 overall and 6-4 in the conference. They will play their next opponent at home against the Sussex County Community College Skylanders on Monday, October 2nd, at 6:00pm.
