Lincroft, NJ - In a conference re-match from September 27th, the Jersey Blues women's volleyball team took a second hit, losing three matches to the Raritan Valley Community College Lions, 25-16, 25-20, 25-19.
The Jersey Blues never layed down to the Lions and displayed a great team effort led by, freshman outside hitter, Rebecca Valentin, with 11 kills, her 109th. Adding to the kills stats was freshman outside hitter, Marina Millett, who landed eight, with 30 digs. Sophomore libero, Rebecca Arleth, reached for 38 digs, and sophomore setter, Alexandra Polio, calculated 22 assists.
Brookdale (11-4) will host the 2-8 Passaic County College Panthers next on, Monday, October 17th at 6:00pm in the Robert J. Collins Arena.
