Mays Landing, NJ - The Blues came away with a 3-1 win on the road over the Atlantic Cape Buccaneers with scores of 10-25, 25-17, 25-20, 25-8.
Freshman outside hitter, Marina Millett (Saint John Vianney High School), led the way for Brookdale with 12 kills, 10 aces, and 28 digs. Freshman outside hitter, Rebecca Valentin (Howell High School), collected five kills, five aces, and 15 digs, and sophomore setter, Alexandra Polio (Long Branch High School), added 25 assists, one ace, and nine digs for the win.
Brookdale is 11-3 and will host the 15-2 Raritan Valley Community College Lions on Saturday, October 15th, at 12:00pm.
