Jersey Blues Volleyball Conquers The Ocean Vikings In 3-1 Rematch

Lincroft, NJ - The Jersey Blues volleyball team came, saw, and conquered the Ocean County College Vikings following their 3-1 loss back on September 17th. The Blues returned the same score, winning 3-1, with set scores of 25-15, 21-25, 25-17, and 25-19.

The freshman outside hitters were extremely instrumental as, Rebecca Valentin, dug deep with 14 kills, and 11 digs, and Marina Millett had 11 kills, eight aces, and 37 digs. Sophomore libero, Rebecca Arleth, produced 50 digs (292 total so far), with four aces, and freshman middle hitter, Sophia Peluso, added nine kills for the win. 

Brookdale (8-2) will host a tri-match against the Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) Hawks, and the Bergen Community College Bulldogs, on Saturday, October 8th, beginning at noon.
