Lincroft, NJ - After falling behind 2-1 in sets, then losing the 3rd set against the Atlantic Cape Community College Buccaneers, the Blues had a huge comeback rally and took the 4th and 5th set for the win. Freshman outside hitter, Marina Millett, served up 10 aces, with 11 kills and 22 digs, and freshman, Sophia Peluso, distributed 14 kills. Freshman right side hitter, Lyndsay Truchan, contributed a whopping 32 assists, and sophomore libero, Rebecca Arleth, matched Truchan's number, but with 32 digs.
The Jersey Blues (5-1) women will travel to Sewell, NJ, to challenge the RCSJ - Gloucester Roadrunners on Wednesday, September 21st, at 6:00pm.
