Lincroft, NJ - The Blues have earned their first win in a 3-0 shut out, including a 25-4 second set, against the Bulldogs of Bergen Community College.
Outside hitter, Aubree Gergich (Roselle Park High School), landed eight kills, 19 digs, and seven aces. Patricia Lennon (Middletown South High School), dominant as the right side hitter, attacked with seven kills, 23 digs, and three aces. Stepping up as a setter, Alexandra Polio (Long Branch High School) secured two kills, eight digs, 15 assiss, and two aces, while middle hitter, Jackie Weiss, acquired two kills and two solo blocks for the win.
The Jersey Blues will travel to Middlesex County College to try and harness the Blue Colts for another win on Wednesday, September, 22nd, at 6:00pm.
