Brookdale Takes Down Passaic Panthers In Three Sets

Lincroft, NJ- The Brookdale women's volleyball team took down the Panthers of Passaic County Community College, 3-0 (25-10, 25-10, 25-13).

Sophomore outside hitter Katrina Hand contributed 12 kills, three aces and nine digs as freshman setter Taijha Williams dished 12 assists. Freshman outside hitter Jessenia Acevedo recorded six aces and 10 digs while freshman middle hitter Nicolette Cooper blocked two Panther shots and crushed four aces.

The team returns to action in the Collins Arena on Tuesday, October 10th at 7:00pm to match-up against the Vikings of Ocean County College.
