Lincroft, NJ- The Brookdale women's volleyball team took down the Roadrunners of Rowan College at Gloucester County, 3-1 (25-20, 25-22, 23-25, 25-23) in four close sets. Freshman setter Taijha Williams dished 22 assists in the conference match-up. Williams also contributed 10 aces and three kills.
Sophomore outside hitter Katrina Hand scooped 10 digs and added 15 kills and two aces. Sophomore defensive specialist Johanna Williams collected 13 kills, seven aces, two assists and four digs.
The team improves their conference record to 4-4 and will return to action on the road at Bergen Community College on Thursday, September 28th for a 7:00pm volley.
