Lincroft, NJ- The Jersey Blues women's volleyball team was overcome by the Owls of Union County College, 1-3 (23-25, 25-20, 21-25, 22-25).

Sophomore outside hitter Katrina Hand collected a double-double in the match-up, notching 14 kills and 25 digs. Freshman middle hitter Nicolette Cooper chipped in six kills, four aces and 15 digs while freshman setter Taijha Williams posted two kills, 17 assists and three aces.

The team will next travel to Northampton Community College on Thursday, September 21st.
