Women's Volleyball Overwhelms Union Owls In GSAC Match-Up
Cranford, NJ- The Brookdale women's volleyball team overwhelmed the Owls of Union County College in GSAC action, 3-1 (25-14, 28-26,14-25, 25-21). Freshman outside hitter Katrina Hand crushed 15 kills and blocked one shot.

Cranford, NJ- The Brookdale women's volleyball team overwhelmed the Owls of Union County College in GSAC action, 3-1 (25-14, 28-26,14-25, 25-21). Freshman outside hitter Katrina Hand crushed 15 kills and blocked one shot.
Sophomore setter Rebecca Franey tallied two aces, five kills, 18 assists, 19 digs and one block while freshman libero Johanna Williams scooped 22 digs. Freshman middle hitter Brianne Allender collected six blocks and freshman outside hitter Brandy Zielenbach recorded two aces.
The team improves their conference record to 4-1 and will return to action on the road at Rowan College at Gloucester County on Tuesday, September 20th.
