Lincroft, NJ- The Brookdale women's volleyball team downed the Owls of Union County College, 3-0 (25-15, 25-15, 25-15). Freshman right back Olivia Hayes double-doubled, smashing 15 kills and scooping 11 digs.
Sophomore outside hitter Morgan T. Schweitzer recorded 10 kills, seven aces and 22 digs while sophomore libero Ally Latourette scooped a match high 29 digs.
The team improves their overall record to 5-4 and 4-1 in conference play. The Jersey Blues return to action on the road at County College of Morris on Monday, September 14th.
