Grace Wills Collects First Singles Win; Women's Tennis Tops Bergen Community College

Paramus, NJ- The Brookdale women's tennis team topped the Bulldogs of Bergen Community College, 6-1. The Jersey Blues swept first and second doubles matches, 8-6 and 8-0.  Sophomore Grace Wills opened singles action with a 6-1, 6-0 win at first singles.

Freshman Emily Smilovic took second singles, 6-0, 6-0. Freshmen Belle Wingert and Alexis Benadum downed their opponents at third and fourth singles, 6-1, 6-4 and 6-1, 6-4.

The team returns to action at home on Saturday, September 20th against the Spartans of Northampton Community College at 12pm.
