West Caldwell, NJ - The Jersey Blues women's soccer team had a tough go against the DII Essex County College Wolverines in a 7-0 loss on the road.

Despite the loss, the Blues displayed great defensive and showed improvement from their previous game against Mercer County Community College. Brookdale posted three shots on goal and sophomore goalie, Ryann Bannerman, tallied 13 saves.

Next up for the Jersey Blues (0-2) are the Middlesex College Blue Colts at home on Saturday, September 14th, at 11:00am.
