Paramus, NJ - The Brookdale women's soccer team hit the road for their first game and took home a big win against the Bergen Community College Bulldogs with a final score of 6-0.
Sophomore forward, Jada Trotta, led the Blues with an aggressive three goals, as freshman forward Anna Buchalski and sophomore Rebeckah Trumble each blasted in significant goals. In addition, freshman midfielder, Gabrielle Hueth, cranked a goal from a penalty kick to help secure the win.
Sophomore goalkeeper, Emma Bennett had nine saves on the day, and the team as a whole racked up 17 shots on goal with a total 43 shots in the game.
The Jersey Blues (1-0) will be traveling to Maryland for a two-day game series beginning with Howard Community College on Saturday, September 18th, at 1:00pm.
