Lincroft, NJ- Sophomore forward Breeana Cassidy scored the game winning goal for the Jersey Blues women's soccer team off a rebounded shot that freshman defender Kelly Negra took. Brookdale defeated the Dragons of Howard Community College, 1-0.

The Jersey Blues took the lead in the 54th minute of play and held tight defensively as freshman goalkeeper Sheridan Casserly notched the shutout. Casserly grabbed three saves.

The team improves their overall record to 6-4-2 and will return to action on the road at Cumberland County College on Tuesday, October 10th at 3:30pm.
