Brookdale Women Wave Off The Ocean Vikings 66-44

Lincroft, NJ - Broookdale women's basketball improved their seasons overall record to 17-8 after waving off the Ocean County College Vikings in their final home game of the regular season, 66-44.

Freshman forward, and consistent double-figure scoring force, Jocelyn Jackson, did not disappoint in leading the Blues with 17 points. Killing it under the boards with 17 while adding 16 points, four steals, and three blocks was sophomore power forward, Madison Fernandez. Sophomore guard, Ryann Bannerman, was hard to miss as she entertained all with a triple-double of 15 points, 10 rebounds, 10 steals, and three blocks. Sophomore forward, Camila Garcia, was huge under the boards with her 12 rebounds in the win.

Brookdale will play their final game of the regular season on the road against the Sussex County Community College Club Team on Tuesday, February 18th, at 5:00pm.
