Mays Landing, NJ - The Jersey Blues women's basketball team suffered a tough one point loss to the Atlantic Cape Community College Buccaneers, 46-45 in conference play on Saturday.
Sophomore forward/center, Madison Fernandez, snagged her 10th double-double of the season with 16 points, 12 rebounds and five steals, while sophomore forward, Camila Garcia, assisted the Blues with 13 rebounds.
Brookdale's record is currently 10-6 overall and they will size up the Bergen Community College Bulldogs next as they travel to Paramus, NJ, on Tuesday, January 21st, for a 5:00pm start.
