Schnecksville, PA - The Lehigh Carbon Community College Cougars outlasted the Jersey Blues women's basketball squad in a 62-49 defeat, dropping Brookdale to a 1-4 record.
Freshman guard Emily O'Keeffe (Matawan High School) and classmate guard Camila Garcia (East Brunswick Tech) were high scorers with 13 points for Brookdale. Under the boards, freshman center/forward, Maddie Fernandez (Keansburg High School) and Garcia also grabbed 10 rebounds.
The Jersey Blues are back in action on Saturday, December 16th, when they host the Orange Community College Colts with tip-off at 12:00pm.
