Arnold, MD - The Jersey Blues women's basketball team earned their first win, 70-55, against the Anne Arundel Community College Riverhawks on the road over the weekend.
Sophomore forward/center, Kenya Wagner, powered a double-double with 21 points, 14 rebounds, and three blocks as sophomore point guard, Carissa Reyes, netted a huge 18 points. Scoring 16 points with five steals for the Blues was sophomore guard, Rahkhia Mack, and freshman point guard, Ava Myskowski, contributed 13 points in the win.
Brookdale (1-1) will remain in Maryland to play the Chesapeake College Skipjacks, on Sunday, November 6th, at 12:00pm.
