Blues Women Shut Down The Sussex Skylanders, 60-27
Newton, NJ - The Jersey Blues women's basketball team pushed their record to 3-2 in a 60-27 conference win against the Sussex County Community College Skylanders.
Newton, NJ - The Jersey Blues women's basketball team pushed their record to 3-2 in a 60-27 conference win against the Sussex County Community College Skylanders.
Freshman guard, Carissa Reyes (Henry Snyder High School), led all scorers with 19 points, and hot on the three's, freshman guard, Jada Rogers (Long Branch High School), knocked down five three-pointers to add 15 points. Freshman guard, Rha-khia Mack (Piscataway High School), gripped a team high 14 rebounds to lead a fourth quarter rally for the victory.
The Brookdale women will look to slay the Ocean County College Vikings in Toms River, NJ on Thursday, December 9th, at 7:00pm.
