Columbia, MD - The Brookdale women's basketball team opened up with a convincing win against the Dragons of Howard Community College, 75-55. Freshman guard Veronica Njie and sophomore guard Camarie Brown contributed 15 and 14 points respectively.

Columbia, MD - The Brookdale women's basketball team opened up with a convincing win against the Dragons of Howard Community College, 75-55. Freshman guard Veronica Njie and sophomore guard Camarie Brown contributed 15 and 14 points respectively.
Freshman newcomer Anna Catanzaro posted nine points, 14 rebounds and three blocks in 27 minutes of play.
The Jersey Blues will next face the Riverhawks of Anne Arundel Community College on Sunday, November 4th.
