Brookdale Struggles Against Nationally Ranked UConn Avery Point
Lincroft, NJ - The Brookdale women had difficulty with the persistence and pressure that ninth Nationally ranked University of Connecticut at Avery Point displayed in their 86-49 loss on Sunday. The Pointers full-court press and five of their seven players scoring in double figures was a struggle for the Blues to handle.

The Pointers full-court press and five of their seven players scoring in double figures was a struggle for the Blues to handle.
Sophomore point guard, Che'Kasha Andrews was the point leader for Brookdale with 21, as Sophomore center, Katelyn Molloy, was the rebound leader with 10 and tossed in nine points as well.
The 14-10 Jersey Blues will be headed to Middlesex County College on Thursday, February 8th, for a 5pm start. The Blue Colts are currently 16-7.
