Lincroft, NJ- The Brookdale women's basketball team won their third straight game as they shot down the Sussex County Community College Skylanders 69-48 at the Robert J. Collins Arena.
Brookdale held a lead from the opening tip until the final buzzer. Sophomore point guard I'Briana Moore paced the Brookdale offense with 19 points. Fellow sophomore guard Hermione Bankole poured in 12 points of her own. Freshman shooting guard Rachel Rouse played a solid game scoring eight points. The win improves the Jersey Blues overall record to 6-3.
Brookdale has two more games left on the road before the holiday break. They will travel next to Ocean County College to visit the Vikings on Thursday, December 15th with a 7:00pm start time.
