Holyoke, MA- The Jersey Blues women's basketball team overtook the Cougars of Holyoke Community College, 72-27. Freshman forward Jackie Lingo led the Blues in rebounds, pulling down 12 for the team.
Freshman guards I'Briana Moore and Brianne Allender highlighted the Blues offense, dropping 17 points and 19 points respectively.
The team improves their overall record to 13-8 and will match-up against the University of Connecticut at Avery Point on Sunday, January 24th at 12:00pm.
