Marya Trapp Named GSAC Co-Player Of The Week

Lincroft, NJ- Brookdale Community College sophomore forward Marya Trapp has been named the Garden State Athletic Conference women's basketball co-player of the week for the week ending 12/7/14.

The six footer had two big games this week for the Jersey Blues leading them to a 1-1 record.  In the loss against Middlesex she scored 24 points and 15 rebounds.  In the win at Ocean she knocked down 23 points, grabbed 10 boards and blocked six shots.  On the season she is averaging a double double with 17 points and 11 rebounds.

The other honoree is Lyndsay Merola of Ocean County College.
