Sewell, NJ - The Brookdale softball team lost 8-3 in the second game of the Region 19 playoffs to the Northampton Community College Spartans to close out their season.
Freshman pitcher, Jadeyn Pavlik, went down hitting in the fight by hitting 2-for-3 with two RBI's for the Blues. Other crucial hits to get the ball rolling came from sophomore shortstop, Jillian Fay, who went 3-for-4 with a triple, her second of the day, and sophomore first baseman, Audra Lowe, who had a triple and a double in her 2-for-3 at bats.
The Jersey Blues finished their successful season with an overall 31-11 record, and 19-5 in the conference.
