Brookdale Dogs Bergen In Final Regular Season Games

Paramus, NJ - Brookdale Softball dogged the Bergen Community College Bulldogs in a two game sweep to finish out their regular season with scores of 15-3 and 14-4.

Sophomore first baseman, Audra Lowe, got the bats going after she cranked a triple in her 2-for-3 at bats and finishing with four RBI's. Sophomore catcher, Jessica Fay, freshman right fielder, Emma Zazzarino and freshman center fielder, Jaylen Campbell, all supported the Blues with two RBI's a piece. Freshman pitcher, Jules Hart (17-4), allowed for just one hit with 11 strikeouts in 6.0 innings. 

Jaylen Campbell grabbed her 6th RBI on the day in the game-two 14-4 win after batting 3-for-5 including a double and Lowe continued to produce as she added three more RBI's. Sophomore third baseman, Jillian Fay, batted 3-for 5 with a double for two RBI's and Jessica Fay hit 4-for-5 for two RBI's. Freshman, Jadeyn Pavlik, got it done in the circle for 6.0 innings with three strikeouts while allowing just one walk.  

The Jersey Blues finished the season with an overall record of 31-9 and 19-5 in the conference and are waiting on post-season updates.
