Paramus, NJ - The Brookdale Jersey Blues took game-two away from the Bergen Community College Bulldogs in a long awaited make-up game, 29-8, in conference play.
Freshman, Jillan Fay, pitched 5.0 innings with five strikeouts for the win. Fay also gathered three RBI's and a double in the batter's box. Sophomore center fielder, Mallory Shevlin, batted 3-for-6 with two doubles for six RBI's on the day. Freshman first baseman, Audra Lowe, blasted a homer and two doubles for four RBI's, and freshman catcher, Jessica Fay, brought home three RBI's, including a double.
Brookdale (10-8) will face a second round with the DI Monroe College Mustangs at home on Wednesday, April 17th at 3:30pm.
