Lincroft, NJ - Brookdale softball gathered their eighth and ninth win of the season from the Ocean County College Vikings following three straight days of double-headers. The Blues finished the Vikings with scores of 14-7, 14-4.

Lincroft, NJ - Brookdale softball gathered their eighth and ninth win of the season from the Ocean County College Vikings following three straight days of double-headers. The Blues finished the Vikings with scores of 14-7, 14-4.
Freshman pitcher, Jillian Fay (1-3), got the win in the circle and sophomore, Mallory Shevlin, earned the save. At the plate, Jillian Fay, also supplied three RBI's from her 2-for-3 at bats with a double. Sophomore shortstop Brittany Campbell batted 1-for-2 and came through with two RBI's, as did freshman right fielder, Abbey Ford, from her 2-for-4 times at the plate.
In game-two, Shevlin pitched 4.0 innings in the five-inning game with eight strikeouts for her eighth win of the season. Every Jersey Blue got a hit as freshman catcher Jessica Fay, and sophomores Mallory Shevlin, second baseman Abby Kisseberth, and shortstop Brittany Campbell all drew RBI's.
Brookdale (9-6) travels to Sewell, NJ, next to play the Rowan College South Jersey - Gloucester Roadrunners on Saturday, April 13th at 12:00pm.
