Gianna Praet Named GSAC DIII Softball Player Of The Week

Lincroft, NJ - The Garden Athletic Conference has announced the Division III Softball Player of the Week for the week ending on March 27th. Brookdale's Gianna Praet notched the honors this week for her performance on the mound and at bat against the Titans of County College of Morris. The freshman righty tossed for five innings and struck out seven batters. From the plate, Praet collected two hits including one homerun.

The Jersey Blues went 2-2 on the week, sweeping the Titans, 9-0 and 18-3, and falling to DII Delaware Technical Community College, 13-6 and 5-1.
