Freshman shortstop Lizzie Dorsa added two hits and three RBI's while sophomore center-fielder Katrina Hand and freshman outfielder Tori Lucarelli posted two hits and three scored runs each.
In game two, the Blues dominated play against the Lions, 11-2. Sophomore shortstop Paige Eckert crushed one double and one single. Eckert also knocked in two runs. Hand contributed two more hits as freshman first baseman Mackenzie Thomas went 2-2 at the plate and notched one RBI.
Freshman pitcher Jessica Pszeniczny spun for the win in both games. Pszeniczny's record stands at 5-2 overall.
The team improves their overall record to 22-13 and will return to action on the road at Nassau Community College on Saturday, April 21st at noon.
