Taylor Mennie Named GSAC Softball Player Of The Week

Lincroft, NJ- Taylor Mennie from Brookdale Community College has been named Garden State Athletic Conference Division III Softball Player of the Week.

The Brookdale sophomore went on a tear at the plate last week hitting .458 in eight games. Mennie launched four home runs on the week, driving in 13 runs and scoring nine times.  One of those four long balls included a grand slam in a five RBI performance against Orange County Community College. The Jersey Blues left fielder also drew four walks for an on-base percentage of .500. Brookdale went 8-0 on the week.
