The Jersey Blues women's softball team swept a doubleheader from visiting Delaware Tech - Stanton winning game one 7-2 and the second game 9-1 in five innings.
In game one, pitcher Krystal Pearson got the win improving to 2-3 on the season. Cassidy Brzozowski was perfect at the plate going 3 for 3 with a double and a RBI in the 7-2 victory. Kaitlyn Kretzmer got the victory on the mound in game two improving to 2-1 on the season. Brzozowski proved once again to be a tough out at the plate with two hits and a RBI. Sara Vocisano also added two hits and a RBI in Brookdale's 9-1 game two win.
The Jersey Blues softball team is next in action on the road Sunday, March 23 for a doubleheader at noon with Atlantic Cape Community College.
