Cranford, NJ - The Union County College Owls and the Nassau Community College Lions took six volleyball games from the Jersey Blues in their tri-match on Saturday, March 23rd.

Cranford, NJ - The Union County College Owls and the Nassau Community College Lions took six volleyball games from the Jersey Blues in their tri-match on Saturday, March 23rd.
In the first game against the Union Owls, freshman outside hitter, Jonny Ortega, provided seven kills for the Jersey Blues in the loss. The scores for the 3-0 game were, 16-25, 19-25, and 8-25.
The second 3-2 game was a bit more dramatic with scores of, 18-25, 26-24, 25-18, 18-25, 7-15. Ortega had 10 kills, three serving aces, and four blocks. Freshman opposite hitter, Andres Camacho, supplied six kills with five blocks while freshman right side hitter, William Tsaku, added 10 kills.
Brookdale (3-11) will head to Edison, NJ, to play Middlesex College on Monday, March 25th, at 6:30pm.
